One of many things you can do to lose weight is spread your meals throughout per day, and make them smaller. Eat a small meal every couple of hours, while drinking copious amounts of water all throughout the day.

That will result in your body's metabolism rate speeding up (or rather, being normal and not slowing down, which is what happens when you eat only two or three "big" meals per day) ...

Too much sugar is bad for you - everybody knows that, right?

Well, you'd never think that PICKLES have sugar in them - but a lot do. Check the ingredients on the jar before buying.

A good brand to buy with 0 sugar is B&G.
